  • I booked Joseph's Moving and Storage for our move 6 weeks before the actual move date. At 7am on the morning of the move, I received a call from the owner of the company informing me that there was no driver for the move and that, "you will not be moving today." There was no apology, no empathy and absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation. I made it clear that we had to move out that morning because the buyer of our home was moving in that afternoon. The owner got very defensive and basically tried to blame me for the problem. This business needs to be shut down. DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING SCREWED ON MOVING DAY!!
