  • I came to the DeSoto Central Market during First Friday and ordered a cauliflower and a fried chicken po boy from The Larder + The Delta. The cauliflower, which was similar in taste to buffalo chicken wings, was great, but I was a little disappointed with the po boy. The sandwich came on very small Hawaiian buns, and the chicken skin was too greasy for my taste.
