  • Despite my best efforts to keep our 2015 Honda ODY looking perfect, it was involved in a minor accident. After the last auto body repair experience I had with Service King, my heart rate instantly increased! I did not want another poor repair or insurance night mare! Then I remembered Chip Tracy, and after a quick google search, I found his shop. I did some additional research and found STELLAR reviews on Yelp as well as Google. I called to make an appointment and was impressed at the way Nick, handled my call. Soon after the call, I brought my car in for an estimate. Troy quickly provided an estimate and helped me through the rest of the process. My car was ready ahead of schedule and waiting for me when I went to pick it up. As I pulled into the parking lot I expected to see inconsistent gaps, paint marks, black trim pieces painted over, tape marks, a different colored sagging rear bumper, (all the things I experienced at Service King), however my car was PERFECT! There is no evidence of an accident, a repair, or that it had been damaged at all! It looks like new! Chip's team did an AMAZING job, took care of my vehicle, and made the experience 100 times more pleasant than expected. Thank you Chip, Troy, and Nick! You guys are awesome! I hope I don't need you again, however will definitely come back when/if I do!
