I have never had a problem with this Starbucks until my visit yesterday. I really didn't want to write a bad review at all but I feel like something needs to be said. I walked in excited to order my Pink Drink (the most popular thing that everyone has been getting lately) as I do every day. I kindly asked the barista for a Venti Pink Drink and was surprised with her response. She scoffed,"are you kidding me?!" I wasn't sure if that was directed at me so I politely said,"I'm sorry, excuse me?"
Well, needless to say, it was directed at me. She goes on complaining,"You know this isn't even on our menu right? I know it's not your fault but this is all I've been getting asked to make lately and I've been running out of the ingredients a lot because of it. It's just really annoying, you know?"
I was honestly at a loss of words. Besides that, I didn't have the energy in me to say much since I had just been discharged after a long stay in the hospital for surgery and all I was looking forward to was ordering my favorite drink after being released.
I've been in customer service for 6 years and I would never complain to a customer no matter how bad my day is. I have always done my best to make other people's days better with a positive attitude and this particular barista did not do that for me.
