  • If I could do negative stars, I would do that for this company. They not only provide the worse ways of ordering dresses. They sent me a dress that was completely crooked on the seams and boning on my $172.22 bridesmaid dress, which it cost more then some companies. They basically emailed me in response to my email: Checked out the pictures. We had this problem before and the alts department just evened out the top of the dress. You need to take this to a seamstress and have it fixed. Any questions, please let me know. -------- That was not very reassuring considering the bride ordered her bridal dress from this company too along with about 6 other bridesmaid dresses. The bride herself tried so many times to try to get in contact with them. I tried to reply back to that email to see what they wanted me to do and where to send the bill b/c obviously they admit the problem.. Still have not gotten any response. They have the WORSE customer SERVICE EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
