  • I was looking forward to eating Del Taco, pulled up before the ordering board in the drive thru, decided what I was going to order and then get to the speaker box and I was told they were closed because they didn't have a cashier. Not what I was expecting to do. Okay, two days later I called the store and spoke to the General Manager. He explained to me that their cashier did not show and they had to wait for the cashier they called to come in. Since moving to Arizona 10 months ago, I have had nothing but bad experiences with all Del Tacos and not just this one. As I continued to speak to the General Manager I conveyed that I will never return to any Del Taco...in Arizona. His lack of accountability and passion has only reflected on his company. Sorry Del Taco...good luck...you'll need it.
