For the reasons other people don't seem to like Messina Bakery, I love it. It is crowded, with great Italian brands of pasta, tomatoes, olive oils, sauces and a section of breads and baked goods. I love how it is crowded with quality ingredients at reasonable prices. The number one reason to visit Messina bakery is to enjoy a cannoli and an espresso, standing up, like in Italy. The plain ricotta cannoli's are top notch, some of the best I have had in Toronto. Skip the pistachio cannoli though, they are way too sweet.
