rev:text	I have been a loyal chipotle fan for years and have never had a bad experience. Today I was so excited for some chipotle and some chips and guacamole. After working all day I go to this location which I hadn't been to before. Started ordering my bowl and they are out of pico. So I'm like you're completely out? Yes. That's all they said not a oh well we are making some so it's gonna be a wait just we are out. Then I get to the medium salsa. They're out. Then I get to the guard and THEY WERE OUT OF GAUC. And I'm like so you're out of pico medium and gauc??? She's like yeah sorry. Then I get to the register and they ask if I want chips and I'm like yeah I would've bought some if you had gauc! And they're like oh sorry well we're gonna make some pico and medium now. And I'm like oh so you DO have some?? Like why would u say u have none in house and then magically come up with more pico and medium but not gauc. I'm literally so pissed and they weren't even nice about it. I go to eat my bowl and find hugeeee pieces of my fajita vegetables and half of my meat was all fat. Then i put ice in my cup and hair comes out of the ice machine. Disgusting. This was so terrible. I wouldn't have been as mad if they said I'm so sorry were actually out of all three of our popular things here's a free drink or something just be nice like all i get it we're out. I'm NEVER returning to this chipotle again. And I'm not even sure if I want to come back now. I have been eating here since it opened years ago. So disappointed the employees were not nice and didn't care. I feel hurt as a loyal chipotle customer.
