  • New account w this company and can honestly say the customer service is spot on. We've had a few kinks and the tech Landon has been incredibly helpful. He's been out to my home a couple times and is always professional, polite and overall knows his stuff. This is a huge change from the lack of anything good we experienced while having a bigger name security company like AT&T Digital Life. So far so good w Black Hat. I appreciate everyone's patience and assistance with me while getting my system set up.
