Originally had a 9:00 AM appointment which they changed to 9:20AM via a confirmation email. I arrived early and checked in with the desk. I waited until 10:00AM and finally asked when they were going to see me... Bottom line is that I ended up canceling the appointment. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I don't mind waiting 10 or 15 minutes past the appointment time, but they could have at least let me know they were running late. With so many dentists in the area, I'm not going to put up with a dentist office that can't manage time or at least communicate that there will be a delay. Neither I nor my family will be going back to Mountain View Family Dentistry. I'll find a better dentist office that is more organized and can communicate.
