My experience with Kia has gotten progressively worse since buying my car. It is mainly with the service department at Jim Marsh Kia. Not only are they incredibly hard to contact, and when you do they can't do any serious work for weeks. My 2015 optima has had a few issues and they have yet to fix any of these problems due to scheduling issues. They refuse to offer rental or even drive me home. So I am forced to try other Kia dealerships where they are available but don't do any of the work. As i sit here at Jim Marsh Kia after spending over 400.00 on new tires for a car with less than 30k miles due to the allinglment being so out of balance I am told the service contract I am paying for every month and then extended warranty I am paying for every month does not cover any of it. They advertise the best service and warranty in the business, but I am not seeing any value. Kia is a great car. But if you are looking for a warranty don't buy the hype. There is to much small print and wasted time waiting for them to decide when they will see you. Right now i feel JIM Marsh Kia is not worth the drive or my wasted time. Take my advice, look elsewhere.
