| - I bought my 5 series here and this review is more toward the service department than anything else. I have been a loyal customer, Brian (who is no longer there) must have been the glue that held the place together because up until now, I always made an appointment, was seen on time, experienced no hidden charges and was always treated professionally. This last time, I brought it in at my appointment time (9am) the tech said he'd call in a couple hours to let me know what they find out (4 hours later, no call) my husband called him and he said sorry they've been busy (umm I had an appointment?) he said he'd call us back in an hour - nothing. I called to speak to a manager, he said he'd get to the bottom of it and call me in 30 minutes - nothing. By this time it had been like 7 hours since I dropped it. They hardly looked at it, almost kept it overnight and through the weekend since they're closed Sundays but we broke our plans that night and went to get it (the car reasonably should have been done in an hour or two, not 10) anyway, they quoted me several thousand dollars, I took it for two separate opinions and their quotes were a fraction of the cost. CBB really nickel and dimes their customers too which I didn't appreciate. The tech said he had to charge me $300-$400 to take my bumper off and fix my parking sensor because it was slightly pushed in, but the guys I ended up taking it to did it at no cost because it was a simple fix. Such a bummer but we will not be coming back.
