  • I had them come to my home without any issues, some of these reviews are complete B.S, because if only they realize the insurance company is not a warranty company! When A.R came to my home I did not have any warranty on my air conditioner nor an insurance company, so I new that I was going to pay upfront cost for the parts & labor. I luckily had Donnie come to my home and he was beyond professional in his demeanor with myself and my family. The fact that I read reviews before having them come to my home, I had a laugh, because a review that stated the guy was afraid of getting on a roof is a lie, because these guys work on the roofs and your roof has to be safe for anyone to get up on it. Also cash only is a lie, I was given a receipt of what was done, I also never had any issues with this company yet and this is there 3rd time out in over 4 years. If you go through your warranty company or insurance company they pay for certain costs, but not labor or other parts, read the fine print before you a start bashing a company. I rate a company on it's costs, professionalism, and etc, this company has it.
