  • We moved in here last September 2015,when we first contacted them we were promised a bottom floor apartment because i have a disability,( my husband was very clear as to why we needed a first floor apartment) but they switched the apartments on us the day we went in to sign the lease and they knew we had no other options, they gave us a third floor apartment , it didn't matter to them that i had a disability and had trouble going up three flights of stairs, but we had given notice at our old place and had no where else to go. the dishwashers are from the seventies, when i complained about it the manager (Tina) told me that dishwashers aren't supposed to wash dishes so you have to actually scrub and wash them by hand first they put them in the dishwasher, same for the garbage disposal, she said ,: well its a very cheep one that doesn't dispose of garbage so don't put anything in it. AC/Heating unit on the third floor apartments aren't very good, in the winter time the master bedroom gets no heat , so we are freezing and using multiple blankets, and in the summer we are sweating like crazy . when we complained Tina said : you are on the third floor there is not much we can do for you tough luck. i told her but we are freezing in the winter, she said : get a heater, or pay out of pocket to put plastic to seal your windows, we are not going to do anything for you, it didnt matter that it was affecting my health. Tina left and went to India and new manager came in his name is Tremayne , not much better, he said the same exact thing, there is nothing we can do for you , the AC unit works just fine, its not our fault that the Master is not getting any heat or cooling. i was thrown out of the Gym twice because i had my service animal by a lady that didn't even live there( one of the tenants was using the gym to train his clients who didnt live there), the first one said she was allergic to dogs and demanded i leave, i left and went straight to the office and reported it, but then it happened again. so it seems that the management dont care if you have a disability, they are not willing to work with you. i would avoid this place like the plague
