  • Perfect experience! --E-booking available: I booked my first appt here for a haircut and did so on their website. You can select time/day, provider, and price for the service. They'll email you a confirmation after. Super easy. Got in the same day! --Nice facility/hospitality: They offer you a beverage upon arrival and briefly show you around (bathrooms etc, which is nice to know). In a blossoming area in Verona I haven't even been to, near Sugar River Pizza. --Great Talent: I really enjoyed Grace cutting my hair! Starting with questions about your hair, what you like, need help with, want etc. Then oil scalp massage, shampoo/conditioner (one of the first times I was comfortable in the shampoo chair!! Anyone else always get a sore neck at places?), massage again, and cut. Nice conversation too:) My hair is super long and NEEDED a trim desperately. I can't remember my last trim, probably a year ago, and it was so light and bouncy after, and she curled it for no extra charge. Didn't push product on me at all, but I asked, got a great recommendation and bought one. Also, received an amazing first time discount, $20 off service of $40+, so even more reason to go for it on product! --Easy checkout: Used credit card, added gratuity to it, and got an e-receipt. Booked my next appointment, but wasn't pressured to. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you for making this new mom feel better with a fresh haircut! See you at my next appt in a couple months!:)
