  • Our midweek staycation was great. Check in was fast and easy. Casita was great, nice size, and clean. Rooms are a little out dated, but still clean. We had a huge balcony. The location to the pool/water park was close and convenient with the little ones. We were able to go back and forth though out our stay with breaks for naps and eating. Haily the pool attendant was friendly and attentive. Pool area was clean and well maintained with towels and tubes for the lazy river. Room attendant came and checked if we needed anything and brought more coffee. The groundskeeper always said hello and waved. Hilton employees made our stay wonderful. Check out was easy. We did forget something in our room, called and they sent someone to get it, drove right back and got it no problem. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Thanks for to wonderful customer service.
