  • AMAZING!! Everything about their office is fabulous. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and has both your and your furry friend in mind. My rescue mutt Aspen broke her K9 tooth in half while playing. They were able to see her, provide their top suggestions as well as alternative options. Being that she's 5 years young and healthy, they suggested a root canal & crown. Dr. Visser went through every detail of how the procedure would go (I'd already done A LOT of research, but he went above and beyond that.) Seriously, more detailed than my own "human" dentist! The root canal procedure went very well, and the staff was so kind and dealt Aspen being extremely whiny from the sedation/medication. Dr. Otten went through the follow up procedure at our next visit 2 weeks later (to put the crown) and it went equally well! The staff was flexible with my work schedule so I was able to pick her up at a more convent time (again, despite Aspen's whining- no idea how they put up with it!! ) Lastly, they were 100% helpful with sending the records to Aspen's pet insurance. While her insurance denied the claim and I did become frustrated (to no fault of their own), the staff was always kind, understanding, and willing to explain things that I didn't fully understand. Highly recommended! And of course, Aspen's tooth looks AWESOME!
