This place is primarily for hotel guests without transportation, and the food, unfortunately, is mediocre at best. Such potential too, great service, a gorgeous space, but the menu choices are lacking imagination although the presentation is excellent. But I go to a restaurant for the FOOD, and even their "signature meatloaf" was over-cooked and dry, the brisket "special" was very tough and thick and very fatty and also over-cooked. We had the chicken meatball appetizer which was the best thing we had, and the desserts were also excellent. Too bad the chef-de-cuisine doesn't know how to cook meat. A great place if you're stuck at a hotel, but there are MUCH better places close-by in the Biltmore fashion park.
