Well...... ordered the recall part of the airbag on my car last week. The very friendly lady assured me it would be here by Tuesday (TODAY!) I drop of my car at 7:00am for service............................ that's waiting for a call for a repair that should take about 2 hours............... I call them at 1:03 PM "oh well you see we didn't have the part so your car is ready for you to pick up." Um I called to ensure you would have the part sir. "Nope we don't so here's the number to our shuttle service to schedule a pickup" (which was told to the lady when I scheduled and today when I dropped it off, I would be needing a ride) Thankfully the shuttle man was very nice, even though he got lost, we did laugh about it. So all in all it will now take approx. 2-3 weeks to get the new AIRBAG part. So don't get in an accident, your driver airbag may or may NOT deploy................. OMG! Although the staff was considerate, service was not up to par. I will be calling another dealership to have this fixed, Henderson BMW is not going to be my dealership.
