  • I went in to get an oil change for my car. While I was waiting, there was an older gentleman who was discussing his car situation with one of the mechanics. Whatever work had to be done on his car, it was going to be expensive and it was going to take a long time. The mechanic was extremely empathetic, and consoled the man by offering him different payment options. He also gave the older gentleman the keys to HIS car, so that the older gentleman could take his dogs to the vet while his car was being fixed. Never have I witnessed such a heart felt display of genuine good will. The wait may be long, but it's worth the sensational service given to Sun Autos customers. Wish more auto repair shops were like this.
