  • Really disappointing experience. Contractor recommended them. I was so excited. Needed 5 walk-in closets- 3 with possible islands. Asked Lisa to work with me on budget and price. While I was in store, her manager quoted 15k at the same time she quoted 25k for one of their higher end. I told her didn't need top of the line. Then, didn't hear, didn't hear. Finally, with no design, no itemization, no cabinet selection, no anything, gave a quote of $45k-$60k PER closet. That is almost $250k to $300k and not even real wood! My REAL wood custom kitchen and bathroom vanities were far cheaper than this. My contractor was as shocked as I was.
