LAST WEEK: David Gulley spoke to be on the phone took my husband information for finance and abused me to wait the next day to hear from someone. Two days past, and I messaged Mr. Gulley and he said he wasn't in but that he'll make sure to call first thing in the morning so I can hear back from them.
So finally, third day I receive a call from Anthony, the Senior Loan Officer who starred they accidentally placed my file into the bin basically a bin of people who don't go through with the car or never show I assume to get a car, or basically turn down the credit and financing offer.
After waiting I am upset, this was very unprofessional. This is not a book from a library he's telling me is lost in that bin of 2,000 credit applications!! This is very sensitive and harmful information that if lost and someone gained access to, will certainly do damage.
I'll be contacting someone higher in authority to deal with this lack of professionalism and perhaps file a claim of mishandling sensitive and personal damaging information.
