  • This place is about as Vietnamese as I am. If you're looking for authentic pho, look elsewhere! They use a tepid, thin, flavorless vegetarian "broth" for the base of their pho. Their fried chicken app was lower quality than fast food. Service was poor as well. Even after we reminded them that we didn't get our soup and salad before the main entree, they still brought it out with the main dish. The waitress seemed put off by my questions about the food before I ordered, not knowledgable and proud of what they make. The assistant food runners slammed dishes down in front of us hastily and practically ran away, which was odd because they weren't particularly busy. And is it just me, or does the name of this place sound racist?
