  • Rent is increased yearly, by 75 to 100 dollars, the appliances are substandard. Oven have no electronics, not even a light. Washer and dryer is basic. Bedroom cieling fan is basic and has no reverse flow switch. Increasingly the new residents are low income and safety and security is becoming an issue. You can often see groups of youngsters watching intently as you walk out of yur apartment. Making you worry they will take the opportunity to break in while your out. The roofs are covered with pigeon dropping which upon every rain shower fall down on you. The 2nd floor balcony is often filled with droppings. Look at second floor windows. And you will find dried dropping accumulating monthly. I can not recommend this location to anyone until these issues are addressed by management.
