  • I am always amazed at how many people are working here but standing around talking to each other. They ask if they can help you but if you ask a question they don't seem to really want to help or make a suggestion. I stopped in to buy a couple things the store only had a couple customers in it and when I asked where I could try something on a woman that was busy chatting with 2 others pointed over to the corner. Wow lands end you need to step it up. Do better. Train your people so you can keep this retail outlet open.
