  • I normally don't write bad reviews, but in this case I have to. I had a new window job quoted a few weeks back for Aluminum Casement windows. The salesman spent over an hour at my house measuring, providing brochures etc. When I was ready to move forward with the order I called Anthony and he said he would need to come out to take another look at the house. He pulled up my paperwork, we talked about the aluminum casement windows and I scheduled a time with him to meet. After leaving work early to make the appointment a week later he did not show. When I called him he said he wasn't sure if Milgard made aluminum casement windows and told me his salesman does not work for the company any more. This was the worst cutomer service and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a contractor. I will be leaving this review anywhere I can. Avoid at all costs.
