This is based on customer service alone. This is also a review for the N. Decatur location. To make a very long frustrating story somewhat short. My husband purchased a gift card for me and I tried to use it twice. The first time the girl had trouble swiping but took the card and let me tan. She didn't mention that the other girls that work there are so rude and would not be so helpful. The second time, I went in the first girl at the front couldn't get it to work so she asked the second girl for assistance. She came over and tried swiping the card and it didn't work, she tried typing it in and it didn't work. She got on the phone and walked into a room and came back and rudely said the card was declined and that they can't take it. What? There is no way I used all of the money on the card the first time. She asked me if I had the receipt so I called my husband who said he the it away when I used it the first time. She said there is nothing she could do and very rudely in a raised voice said to call the corporate office. I would have been fine with that if she wasn't so rude and I didn't have to tell her to calm her voice when talking to me. So unprofessional to hang out yapping her mouth to some guy at the front desk and get an attitude when taking to me. Needless to say, I have a message into the customer service department awaiting a call back.
