  • I needed an oil change asap today, my new car had reminded me every time I turned it on. So I searched oil changes in the area on google and this place popped up. What interested me the most was the word 'express' as I did not have much time to spare to get an oil change. I went over and was in and out in no time. Nathan Keel was one of the guys who helped me but they were all wonderful! They ran out and met me at my car insuring that I stay inside my vehicle (for fast service) and directed me into the shop. I was offered a cold water (which of course I accepted in this AZ heat) and was told it was 'ladies day' at the shop and was presented with a pretty little rose! I was stunned at how nice these gentlemen were and how helpful they were! Even when they couldn't get my oil plug off they offered for me to wait inside the air conditioning office instead of my car, and apologized a few times. They were not pushy and even took an interest in how my day was going and what I did for work. I got my oil change for around $40 and they also checked out my vehicle to make sure everything worked and was running smoothly. I would highly suggest Express Oil Change and Service Center for any car care need.
