| - After the owner contacted me, because of a less than perfect review that I left for his business, which was about 20 minutes time lapse after the review. He stated to me that in what definitely seemed to be a sincere manner, it was a breakdown in communication, and a huge misunderstanding. They were used to working on regular cars and not this type of vehicle. While speaking to him, I honestly felt as if he was trying to retain a customer and fix a honest mistake. What owner calls you when there's a problem? You have to generally call them, and speak to several people before going that high up the chain. To keep my business, he was willing to bend over backwards and take what was probably a great loss financially for them. I declined his offer on price and explained that I just wanted to be fairly charged, and would gladly pay more than what he offered, just to clear up to the mixup. He needs to make his money, and I'm ok with that. I'am honestly looking forward to doing more business with Pro Tech, it was heartbreaking to think I was going to have to look for another shop, that honestly I would always try to compare to ProTech. Thank you guys.
