  • **UPDATE** After leaving this review, Stephon St Bernard (who is actually the night manager at this hotel go) attempted to have my Hilton Honors membership revoked. I am extremely concerned and appalled this happens to be the type of person in a leadership position at a Hilton hotel. In addition to the completely false claims of offering a breakfast voucher to resolve the issue, this is a direct attempt at retaliation for my feedback.
