  • The ride itself was nice. I had a very good horse and so did everyone else that came with me. My main issue is with the staff. We arrived 30 min early as advised to do so and just stood there not sure what to do. There were 3 wranglers about 20 feet from us who just ignored us. Finally after about 15 minutes we asked what to do and hey told us to sign the waivers and just wait. Then the wranglers spent the next 15 minutes on their cell phones. About 5 minutes until our start time, they finally started to load us on horses. The female wrangler was irritated she had to join us because she was apparently supposed to go home. The ride was nice and relaxing. We arrived back about 15 minutes early and unloaded. I would say with the loading time starting at our start time and us arriving back early, we probably only rode an hour and a half. I'm not quite sure whats the point of arriving 30 min early if we were just told to stand around and wait. Staff overall were not real friendly at all. Will probably try another company for our trail ride next time.
