  • LIQUOR AND OPEN CONTAINER LAW Apparently, Avis doesn't comply with local regulation regarding open containers in vehicles. When I picked up my recent rental at AVIS Sky Harbor there was an open bottle of Patron Tequila in the glove compartment; I certainly hope that one of Avis customer service personnel did not/not put it in there and that it was just incompetence on the part of the cleaning/maintenance crew that it was overlooked, but I, as the driver, would have been jail if stopped! What is wrong with AVIS?????????????????????
