  • The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I've been a landlord, it is difficult. Mostly, I know they are a tiny little company and feel sorry for his staff. At the very least, know that if you rent from them, no matter how long, even if things seem to be going alright (not great, not awful)... No matter what, you will not be getting your deposit back. In fact, you will probably be charged for everything that could possibly have been damaged during your tenancy and then some... So, make sure you read through all the fine print on the lease (most likely, you will be stuck with repair bills, etc... like I was), document everything! Take pictures, have a VERY detailed walk through, write everything down, with Tim when you agree to rent AND before you vacate, a very detailed walk through! Take pictures before your rent and when you leave or better yet, do NOT rent from them. They have properties in Encinitas, CA as well.
