Been a member here since 2012 when it was Golds Gym. Staff is generally very helpful and accommodating, save a few frustrating accounting issues on their end. The place overall could probably use a once over. It's clean, it just needs some attention to the things that are broken; TVs on the treadmills, benches, lockers, etc. It's pretty evident too that staff/trainers have a high turn over rate. It must come down to the management.
A real stand out for me is my current personal trainer Sully who shows up to my sessions with positivity, enthusiasm, and good spirits and encourages me to push beyond my limits using a combination of weight lifting and low impact body weight exercises. As a result, I've started to see real progress towards my health and fitness goals. Sully is a real asset to the EOS team and in my eyes elevates the whole brand.
