I didn't realize how underrated the theater experience is at Regal Aliante. We just came back from watching a movie tonight and I was inspired to write a review. Sadly and happily to say there was not a large crowd at the theater this Saturday evening. We went to a showing of Suicide Squad as we were too busy to catch it any earlier so was happy to see that it was still in the theater. (Note that there were also new releases that were available for viewing as well.)
We had a short wait at the concession stand and were well taken care of. The popcorn tasted really fresh and was very good. I also noticed there was an area to pick up your pre-ordered snacks, I suppose for the busier times. My daughter decided to order chicken fingers and fries at the last minute and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes. I was happy with the food options and the alcoholic beverages available to increase our movie viewing pleasure.
The seating was not the latest nor greatest but it was comfortable. The best part to me about viewing movies at the Aliante is the lack of congestion and crowds. I remember thinking what a nice outing it was. It reminded me of how it used to be going to a casino 10+ years ago before the population explosion.
