  • Beyond frustrated with the scheduling at this office. They should disclose up front that the orthodontist is only in 1 maybe 2 days per week. It is nearly impossible to schedule appointments for the after school time frame and the few I have made I have been called a week out to cancel due to the doc not being in that day. They promote Saturday appointments but apparently that it's only for regular dental not ortho. If I don't want to keep pulling my son from school then his treatment gets pushed out two months for the next availability. We signed on for the affordable monthly payments but will be getting his next phase done at a full time orthodontist office even if it costs more. Lesson learned
