rev:text	I have been in a really bad place mentally, and I was SO EXCITED to have some me time. I thought I would have a good experience, based on reviews, but I guess that it just depends on who you get here. Linh did my toes and it was great, she was so sweet. But once it got to my nails, I could tell right away that the experience wouldn't be the same. I asked for coffin shaped, with a chrome mirror dip on two nails. The dip powder that was used wasn't the correct one, and I mentioned that to Koby (the tech doing my nails) and he said that it didn't look the way I wanted it to because he painted those nails black instead of white. I asked him to redo them how I wanted, and he wouldn't, so I got a blotchy grey on those nails. Yet I was STILL charged the full $15 for TWO MESSED UP NAILS. I also asked him to cut my nails down some because they were too long for my taste, and he wouldn't do that either. 4 days later and I'm STILL picking acrylic off my cuticles, which he left looking gross and flaky. He rushed through doing my nails because he had appointments coming in that weren't scheduled well. It's not fair that I spent a couple dollars short of $100, to be seriously disappointed simply because he didn't manage time well. I ended up having to file my nails at home because he refused to fix them. I'm beyond disappointed in the outcome of my nails. The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because of how my pedicure came out. I will absolutely not be returning.
