  • I've always gone to this Harry Rosen compared to all other ones since I used to receive good customer service here. Lately I've noticed that no one is available to help us with a size or a color. We were there a couple of days ago, my dad wanted to exchange a shirt we have gotten him for a different color. We asked for help 3-5 times from this one Asian lady and she had told us she doesn't know much she would have to get us a representative to help us. So we waited about 30-45 minutes and she comes back saying the other person is a little busy and we would have to wait. I said it was fine since it was the holidays and the store gets busy. After waiting and waiting no one came up to us to ask if we needed help. We eventually walked around the whole store looking for a shirt and decided to return the one we had. Through out the whole time we weren't greeted as we walked in and no one helped us. I don't know if there cutting down staff or something else but lately the service at this store has been going down.
