  • Their appointment system is a joke. It is literally the stupidest thing I have ever encountered as a patient. Every single time I've tried to establish myself as a patient there, since my husband sees a doctor there that he is happy with, they are "completely booked". I called today to give them one more shot because I may well have strep and they were still "booked", even for a patient who is actually sick. If I wanted to see them for a well visit, I can't book in advance because you can only book an appointment 24-48 hours ahead. It's too bad, Dr. Turner is a fantastic doctor, but their booking process and being forever unable to get someone in, even when sick, is total and complete garbage.
