  • I LOVE the photo Tony has for his thumbnail! It's exactly what you see when you walk in the door. He is always smiling. He examined my cocktail soaked Steve Madden wedges thoroughly and told me exactly how he was going to tackle this mess; he was, and is always, honest about how clean he may or may not be able to make them. Honestly, I was underwhelmed with the cleaning of my pumps, but I accept that this is because they were pretty trashed. My Uggs he'd cleaned in the winter looked brand new (and they are 6 years old!). The store location makes parking a bit of a challenge during high traffic times, but his street front placement is a constant reminder that I have something to drop off or pick up. Unless I happen to stumble upon someplace better, I'll be getting kicks fixed here for awhile.
