  • I see why this dealership gets the ratings it gets. There customer service is horrible. I was there for over 3 hours today. About a hour and half of that time I was waiting to sign papers and they still couldn't get it ready. At least 4-5 people came to tell me it would be just 5 minuets more over the course of a hour. After waiting all that time I finally told them they had 10 minutes to get me in to sign papers or I was leaving. Guess what happened??? I left! I don't know how they plan to sell cars with 2 people working in the financing department. I feel bad for the sales guy Joel. He was nice but because of the rest of the dealership employees he lost out on a deal. I'm going to go to Midway Nissan now
