  • If I could give this dealership "Zero Stars" I would. I had made 2 visits to ABC Hyundai, and received confirmation via tx from my sales person that my request could be met and to come into the dealership. So I came in, looked over the vehicle, again, reviewed EVERY detail of the contract, allowed them to run my credit (which is in the top % of the nation), sit down to start signing the contract, and what did I see???? Deal breaker.... I was beyond clear about the milage needed to make this lease agreement work. I was told by 2 sales people and the sales manager that 12,000 miles/yr was a part of the deal. they got me into finance and tried to pull a fast one on me. thinking I would not notice that the lease contract stated 10,000 miles/yr. Dishonest, unprofessional, and down right ridiculous. they did a hard inquiry on my credit, then tried to be sneaky and screw me on the deal. they lost a lifetime leasing customer because of their dishonest, disrespect, and unprofessional business dealings. I will be passing the word on to all friends and family looking for a vehicle.
