Worst experience ever. I went in for a mani and pedi. They started my pedicure and went to soak off my gel on my nails. They wrapped my right hand only and walked away. I told the girl doing my pedicure that my left hand needed to be wrapped as well. She said "ok." Proceeded on my pedicure and did nothing, told no one. 30 minutes went by, I kept saying my other hand needed to be wrapped, the front desk girl walked by and I said "it's been 30 minutes, my fingers on my right hand feel raw, my left hand needs to be wrapped so the gel can be removed as well!" She walked away. My fingers on my right hand started THROBBING. I quickly removed each piece of foil and noticed every nail was curled inwards. It was beyond painful. My cuticles and skin around my nails were done for. Low and behold the front desk girl comes back and says "that needs to stay on!" I told her it had been almost 45 minutes!!! I've never had my hand wrapped for more than 10 minutes to remove gel. I was in tears and showed her my nails curling in. She did not care. She tried wrapping my left hand and I told her forget it! She said "well we need to do your manicure." I told her no way was I going to let them touch my fingers not only because my right hand fingers were throbbing but also because of how long they left me there! I look down at my pedicure and hand paint all outside of my toenails. Wtf! Went to the front to leave, of course they made me pay for my pedicure even after everything they put me through. Even after I was in tears from what they did to my nails on my right hand. Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Never again. See the pictures for proof! I walked out with gel still on my nails and all. So disappointed and I hope this never happens to anyone else. I had to go to another salon for them to remove the gel and at that point I felt like my nails were paper thin. The acetone burned so bad. The other place informed me that gel nails should never be soaked more than 15 minutes tops. My nails were destroyed and had to get cut super short. This was also on a weekday, they weren't beyond busy or anything. No excuse to treat customers this way ever!
