  • This store is alright. My complaint is for sprint itself it sucks and is spotty also the customer service is the WORST I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I was kept on the phone for almost an hour just trying to get my account number! They would keep transferring me and putting me on hold or just simply muting me! They simply refused to give me the account number it was so ridiculous!!! I ended up hanging up not even getting the account number because they were simply ignoring my request and muting me for ten minutes at a time.
