  • Called for a quote/estimate. While the woman on the phone was very polite, I was told that the project manager would call me back within the hour to schedule the appointment. Never received a phone call. I appreciate that they will come out for free to provide a quote, but not that they say they're going to call you, and don't. UPDATE: Received a call - a week later. While I appreciated the return call, I no longer required their services. Had I still needed window replacements, I would probably have gone with someone else at that point.
