I discovered this small, intimate fitness studio after much research and trial memberships at other places. Boy am I glad I found it! John Henry Creel is the ultimate professional. He has a keen knowledge of fitness techniques and dietary management. In the years I've worked with him, I not only look and feel better but my physician has given me high marks for taking care of myself (I'm in my early 60s) and marvels at my body strength and overall fitness. I've worked with many other trainers and I can honestly say John Henry cares more about his clients than most. He has an enthusiasm for his work that is truly contagious and I love being around him the three days/week I'm there. People who work with John Henry need to know, however, that he does not spoon feed his clients and the client needs to take some responsibility for his/her fitness routine. John will go overboard to help his clients if they show a true interest and commitment to the process of helping themselves. Frankly, I think this is a very important approach and the only one that leads to positive longterm results. Unlike other routines I've tried, the workout at Mind & Body fitness is something I look forward to every M-W-F. The sessions are rigorous but fun, challenging but doable, and always the highlight of my week. P.S. I don't consider myself a super athletic person, so if I have this attitude about working out-- it's proof that ANYONE can enjoy their experience at Mind & Body fitness.
