  • Stayed here for a girls trip for spring training, this was the only hotel that wasn't booked up and now I know why. I've never been to a hotel where there's no greetings when you walk in or any human interaction. The front desk receptionist her name possibly Stefania, not to sure because she never gave a friendly greeting or had a smile on her face once, if anything maybe when we checked out. No clue.. My friend cut her foot and they had NO type of first aid kit, that's a little ridiculous. Rooms were nice, but the bed were very uncomfortable, the lounge chairs were more comfortable. Overall I give this place two stars & the stars only because the breakfast attendants were the nicest people, very friendly and polite!
