  • This place had terrible service. I wanted to buy two little balloons for my son's second birthday (one for each year) and waited in line for about ten minutes to talk to the balloon employee. She had a phone call while I was standing there waiting and the person on the phone was ordering balloons to pick up in twenty minutes. She got off the phone and I asked to get the two balloons and was told there would be a wait because they had to fill all their orders first. I watched them filling balloons and it takes literally three seconds per balloon so it would have taken them six seconds to fill my balloons. I drove significantly out of my way to come all the way down to their store and they prioritized someone that phoned them while I was waiting right there. We got no balloons and I will never return to this store.
