Originally had posted a great review for this place because I had had what I thought was a great experience here. My roommate and I had to leave the state last minute for work and had to cancel our lease. Signed all necessary documents with Christina and made the necessary arrangements to pay the 60 days of rent back. When the time comes to pay it back, it wouldn't let me make a payment online. Upon calling the office to figure out why, I am informed that Christina had gone through the ENTIRE eviction process without my knowledge or my roommate's. Her reason for doing this is because when we left, we never called to tell her where we had set our keys in our apartment. (Which I may add were right on the counter.) Really?! How hard would it have been for her to pick up the phone and call and ask us where we set our keys? Having never been late on rent, and after having such a wonderful experience beforehand I was appalled that somebody in her position could be so incredibly lazy that she would rather go through an eviction procedure rather than call us to ask where we set our keys.
I would never recommend this place to anybody. Hopefully the rest of the Camden company does not do their business like Camden San Paloma did.
