  • There are two experienced (about 20 years in practice for each) dentists at this office & it is a family run business. Both of the dentists are parents to adult quadruplets. You will see lots of family photos! Dr. Kaye is the primary dentist & Dr. Chen-Kaye (his wife) is a periodontist. I found them via a family friend due dissatisfaction with a local dental chain. They have recently done a lot of upgrades to digital x-ray's, etc. The office itself is small yet friendly but most importantly clean. It is easy to get an appointment scheduled & the staff is very friendly. They take just about any insurance. Billing is also great, it's always itemized & fully explained. I have seen Dr. Kaye for a few years now and other members of my family have gone there as well. Dr. Kaye spends a lot of time with you going over your teeth, questions, concerns, etc He is very gentle & has a warm disposition. I see him for my regular dental care but he also provided minor cosmetic work (at no charge - smoothing of a bonded chip) to me & major cosmetic care (veneers & crowns) to my mother. We were both thrilled with the results. Recently I have had a few pockets that did not respond to treatment and was referred to Dr. Chen Kaye. Bonus is that all my records are in the same office! She spent 2 hours going over EVERYTHING with me, explaining, drawing pictures of the treatment she recommended, etc. She is very much into overall health & will give you lots of suggestions. She performed oral surgery on me in April & I was very confident in it because she hand held every step of the way - explaining, explaining, explaining. She checked on me asking if I was ok every step of the way, had the staff call in my prescription, went over all post op info again, and took care of me much like a "mom" would. Although I didn't need to, I knew if I had to, call the emergency line she would get back to me immediately. Even if you don't want hand holding she wants you to be well informed. She's funny & personable. I have been very pleased with my dental care here as has my mother. They are highly recommended for general dentistry or periodontics!
